Discourse on Method and Meditations on First Philosophy - René Descartes Do I agree with everything said ? No. Are some ideas obsolete? Yes. Nonetheless it is a fascinating and illuminating experience to follow the thought process of this man. I can't ignore the possibility that I made myself appreciate it more given how tedious it was for me to go through this book, but it was time well spent. Reading Descartes I believe would be indispensable for someone seeking to understand phenomenology.
